This Policy describes how DEOU TECHNOLOGY processes Personal Data collected in relation to our websites, applications, widgets, and other mobile interactive features (collectively, our “Websites” and “Services”).

(A) Registration and login

 

When you create an account with DEOU TECHNOLOGY, we collect your email address, a verification code and an account password to complete your account registration. When you login to the Websites or Services, you may choose your country/region so that we may adjust the time zone displayed when you use the Websites or Services on your device.

 

We also collect account information from third parties such as Apple, Google, and Facebook, based on your authorization. We combine such account information with your DEOU TECHNOLOGY account so that you may login and access our Websites and/or Services directly through your third-party account. We will use this information to the extent that you have given your consent.

 

(B) Personalized user service

 

We may collect profile data such as your profile picture, nickname, gender and date of birth if you voluntarily choose to provide such information for personalization purposes. Please note that your nickname and profile picture will be publicly displayed, should you provide them. Your refusal to provide profile data won't affect your use of our Services.

 

Please note that information you post publicly or disclose when using the personalization features may involve your or others’ Personal Data, such as the pictures you choose to upload. You should be prudent in deciding whether to make public such information. DEOU TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for information publicly posted by users of the Websites or Services.

 

(C) Vendor/Seller Entry

 

When you visit the Vendor/Seller Entry page, you can provide your name, mobile number, email address, region/country, and we will arrange for professional consultants to contact you through your phone number and email to learn about you as a seller or vendor’s willingness to enter our Websites and provide relevant suggestions.

 

(D) Transactions

 

We are PCI-DSS certified, and we comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard when processing your payment card information.

We collect the following Personal Data when you sell goods on DEOU TECHNOLOGY:

· Your name, address, postal code (if any) and third-party payment information to make payment to you for sales of commodities on the Websites or Services, We will make payment to you through Stripe. Your use of Stripe for payment service shall comply with relevant service regulations of Stripe. Stripe will collect your personal data when providing payment services to you, please refer to Stripe privacy policy for details.

· Your name, phone number and delivery address in order to ship returned items to you. You may also consent to identification of your geo-location for shipping purposes, in which case we will request permission to access precise location information from your device.

· After sending a commodity to a purchaser, we collect the relevant shipping information to check the shipment status.

· Your email address in order to send you transaction information (including order information, transaction progress, etc.) on the commodities you sell on the Apps or Services.

· If you opt to fill in your waybill number by scanning a code, we will request access to the photo album on your device (or storage and access permission, if photos are stored in an external storage device) and camera permissions.

· If you violate our Terms and Conditions when selling commodities on our Websites or Services, we will deduct the agreed-upon amount of a default fine from your credit card through Paypal, Airwallex or Stripe. Your use of these payment services shall comply with the terms of use of Paypal, Airwallex or Stripe. Paypal. Airwallex or Stripe will collect Personal Data when providing payment services to you, so please refer to their privacy policies.

· When you indicate the selling price of goods, we will collect information regarding the goods to be sold and the selling price. We use this information to calculate the estimated income amount for your reference.

· We collect the following Personal Data when you purchase goods on DEOU TECHNOLOGY:

· Your consignee name, contact information and receiving address for delivery by express services and contacting you to receive the goods;

· Your bank card information and your payment information with service provider or third-party for you to make payment and complete risk control verification when you purchase goods;

· When you get a refund or compensation, we need to use platform system to record your DEOU TECHNOLOGY bank card information, third-party payment information, real name and transaction amount for the transfer of refund or compensation;

· Your use of the payment service of Stripe shall comply with relevant service regulations of it. Stripe will collect your personal data when providing payment service for you, please refer to its Privacy Policy for details.

· After sending a commodity to a purchaser, we collect the relevant shipping information to check the shipment status.

· Your email address in order to send you transaction information (including order information, transaction progress, etc.) on the commodities you sell on the Apps or Services.

(E) Risk and security control

 

We collect the following information in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, identify fraudulent accounts and optimize relevant services, prevent the illegal use of third-party platforms or software to conduct malicious operations, improve the security of the services provided for you by us and our affiliates and partners, and to protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public:

· Device information. We will, based on your specific operations during your use of the Websites or Services, receive and record information about the device and network you use (such as the device ID, operating system version, IP address, software and hardware information, and network status and WIFI information).

· Service log information. We collect and store information about your use of our Websites and Services in our service log, including data about your user ID, phone number, email address, browsing history, clicks / views, searches / queries, likes, transactions, after-sales, follows and posts, as well as behavior information such as IP address, and access dates and times.

We may also use your DEOU TECHNOLOGY account information, transaction information and information obtained by our affiliates and partners with your authorization or as otherwise shared by you under the law, so as to comprehensively identify your account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary record, audit, analysis and disposal measures according to law.

 

(F) Marketing, promotion updates and other services

 

We may collect you contact information, such as email address and phone number, for sending you text message, telemarketing and email marketing purpose. And we may use your non-directly identifiable device identifiers, operating system information, and cookie information, to direct and measure the effectiveness of the advertising we offer.

 

We may collect your Data about how you engage with our Services, such as browsing, adding to your shopping cart, saving items, placing an order, and returns for market research, statistical analysis, and the display of personalized advertising based on your activity on our site and inferred interests.

 

We may collect your contact and identity information, such as name, user name, email address, and phone number, when you voluntarily enter into a competition market survey, event, or other marketing campaigns organized by us.

 

We may collect your name, user name, and email address when you publicly comment about the Websites or Services on our blogs or articles. Your name or user name will be displayed next to your comments should you choose to do so.

 

If you follow us or interact with us on any page on a third-party social media platform (such as Instagram, Facebook or Twitter), the information you provide will be governed by the third party’s privacy policy.

We may collect your identity information, such as ID number, for customs clearance purposes. We may also collect your transaction history and certain identity information to handle and resolve legal disputes, to comply with regulatory investigations should such arise, and to comply with lawful requests from a competent law enforcement agency or court.

After expiration of the relevant retention period, or after you cancel your account, we will delete Personal Data about you or anonymize such Data in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.

 

If you cease using our Websites or Services by cancelling your account, we will stop collecting Personal Data from you and delete or anonymize the Personal Data we previously collected from you.

4. Advertising Partners. We may share with our Advertising Partners reports about trends and the performance of their advertisements displayed on our Websites or Services. For example, we may use aggregated data to help advertising partners understand the effectiveness, feedback and usage trends of our Services.

V. Personal Data Related to Minors

 

Our Websites and Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 13. However, we may not grant your deletion request in some situations. For example, we may not delete transaction data when we are legally obligated to keep a record of that transaction to comply with the applicable law.

After you close your account, we will stop providing you with products or Services, and delete Personal Data about you or anonymize it according to your request, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may reject your request to close your account if you are currently subject to outstanding obligations, such as outstanding orders and payments.

You may also change your advertising preferences at any time by following the instructions in the Digital Advertising and Analytics section of this Policy.
